Analytics

The Analytics area turns the event stream and derived stats into KPIs and trends for the active brand (or, for the Platform Owner, all brands).

KPIs

New players, events, active players, and average LTV — each shown vs the previous period. Range presets (7 / 30 / 90 days) plus a custom start date.

Revenue

Deposits, withdrawals, wagered, GGR, and NGR — derived by the worker onto player profiles. Plus depositors, ARPU, ARPPU, a live-ticker, KPI-goal pacing projections, and deposits by payment method.

Retention, engagement & forecasting

  • Retention / at-risk / churn from lifecycle.
  • Engagement & stickiness — DAU / WAU / MAU.
  • 7-day forecast — linear regression on recent trends.
  • Lifecycle migration matrix — how players move between stages.
  • Event path-flow — the one-hop next-event distribution.
  • Cohorts — retention decay curves and LTV-by-cohort accumulation curves.

A dedicated /campaigns/experiments dashboard reports statistical significance across multi-variant campaigns.

A customizable dashboard

Each operator can show/hide and reorder analytics sections; the layout is persisted per operator. Charts carry accessibility labels.

Scheduled reports

Configure recurring KPI digest emails (Settings → Scheduled reports). The worker sends them on schedule with a PDF attachment containing the KPI table and per-day charts — no separate BI tool required.
