Operator GuidesGetting started

Getting started

This guide orients a new operator in the PlaylogiQ dashboard.

Signing in

Sign in with the email and password your platform owner created for you. Your role determines what you can see and do (see Settings & RBAC).

The dashboard shell

  • Sidebar — navigate between Players, Segments, Campaigns, Journeys, Gamification, Analytics, Team, and Settings.
  • Brand switcher (header) — the whole dashboard is scoped to one active brand at a time. Switch it to change which brand’s data you’re looking at. The Platform Owner can also pick All brands for a cross-tenant aggregate.
  • Language — the UI is available in English, Italian, and Spanish.

First things to do

  1. Confirm your brand. Check the header switcher shows the brand you intend to work in — every list, KPI, and segment reflects it.
  2. Check data is flowing. Open Analytics and Players. If the PAM integration is live, you’ll see players and events. If not, see PAM Integration.
  3. Explore a player. Open Players → any player for the 360° view: profile, financial snapshot, timelines, lifecycle, consent.
  4. Build a segment. Try Segments → New with a simple rule and watch the live count preview. See Segments.
  5. Send a campaign or start a journey. See Campaigns and Journeys.

Key concepts

  • Brand — the skin/site you’re operating in; the isolation boundary for all data. See Tenants & brands.
  • Event — a player action (deposit, bet, login…) pushed by the PAM. Events drive the derived stats, lifecycle, segments, and gamification.
  • Lifecycle stage — where a player sits in their journey (new, active, at-risk, churned, VIP). Recomputed automatically. See Team & lifecycle.
  • Segment — a group of players, either rule-based (dynamic) or manual (static).
